Agent Booking Agreement

Following recent changes by the CAA, with effect from 1/4/08, Freedom Flights require all retail agents booking under our ATOL licence 5296 to comply with the following.

Agent publicity material, Agent Call Centre Scripts, Agent web site payment pages & Agent electronic or paper quotations

In all of the above instances and prior to taking payment it should state that ?the booking is made under the Freedom Flights licence and is protected under the terms of the ATOL scheme"

Agents ATOL receipts

These must state "all monies paid by you for the air holiday package [flights] shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. The ATOL holder's name and ATOL number are shown. For more information see the ATOL holder's terms and conditions. "

Agents confirmation emails with ATOL receipts attached

These must state "Your receipt is attached. This is a very important document as it is your proof of a contract with Freedom Flights. You are advised to print the receipt and keep it in a safe place until your booking has been confirmed by means of us sending you the ATOL holder's confirmation invoice or you have completed your holiday. "

£1 per person ATOL protection levy

In accordance with these new ATOL regulations, all new Freedom Flights bookings with effect from 1/4/08 will include a ?1 per person charge as part of the flight cost which is paid to the Civil Aviation Authority to provide ATOL protection to you. This means your clients money is fully protected. Our ATOL number is 5296.
